| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have adopted the following business:
1. Approved the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date along with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Declared a dividend Re 0.60 per share (@6%) on Equity Shares for the financial year ended on March 31, 2009.
3. Re-appointed Mr. Rajesh Jain & Mr. Keshwa Nand Rattan, retiring Directors of Company.
4. Appointed the retiring auditors of the Company M/s. V. R. Bansal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Noida as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
5. Appointed Mr. Bhupendranath Vidyanath Shargava as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
