| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 17, 2012, has constituted the Compensation Committee in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, and that the said Committee has framed the 'Cyber Media Employees Stock Option Plan 2012' for the employees of the Company. The said scheme is subject to the approval of the members of the Company by postal ballot.
Under the scheme, the Company will offer maximum of 10,00,000 Stock Options to the eligible persons (including employees and Directors) of the Company and its present and future subsidiaries. |
