1. Authorized Mr. Mukund Mehta, Managing Director of the Company, to oversee the entire E-voting Process at the 22nd AGM of the Company.
2. Appointed Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to conduct the entire voting Process at the 22nd AGM of the Company (including e-voting) and to submit the Report for declaration of the results thereof. |
