| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nagreeka Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 29, 2006, to consider allotment of 5,41,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, fully paid up following conversion of 5,41,000 equity linked warrants of Rs 62.25 each issued and allotted on January 10, 2006.
Further the Company has informed that, this is the second tranche of conversion of warrants into equity shares. The Members of the Company, in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 26, 2005 had passed special resolution for issue of 28,00,000 number of equity linked of warrants at a price of Rs 62.25 per warrant. |
