| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to Increase in Price, Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd has clarified to BSE that "the Company had recently concluded its Annual General Meeting for the year ended June 30, 2013 on the December 27, 2013 and in accordance with the recommendation of the Board, the Members of the Company had approved a payment of final Dividend of 25% (Rs. 2.50 paise per share of 10/-) for the year ended June 30, 2013 and is in the process of distribution of the same as provided under the Companies Act and Rules thereof. Besides the above all the relevant information about the Company and its plans have been clearly spelt out in the Directors' Report and in the statement on Management Discussion and Analysis which forms part of the Directors Report for the year ended June 30, 2013." |
