1. To approve & take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2016 and consider auditor's report as per Regulation 33 of the SEB1 (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
2. Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from May 18, 2016 till forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for Directors, KMP, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives. |
