| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the Increase in Price, Creative Eye Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:
"The Company has launched a new mega historical and fantasy-based Serial “Sinhasan Battisi” on Sony Pal Channel, the news of which is already submitted to the Exchange. Further to this context the Serial is running extremely well on the Channel. Once we are informed about the success from the Channel, we note to keep the exchange in this regard in compliance with Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.
We write to inform you that “we don’t have any information/announcement including impending announcement that could influence the price increase or volume variations".
In regards to Business Performance the Company will update to the Stock Exchange accordingly." |
