| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ashnoor Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2013, has considered and approved the allotment of 23,35,562 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the persons belonging to the Promoter and Non-Promoter Category at an issue price of Rs. 10/- per share, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 8,36,44,380/- to Rs. 10,70,00,000/-. |
