| Exchange Disseminated Time | Educomp Solutions Ltd has now informed BSE that Remuneration Committee of the Company on December 27, 2013 has granted 18,70,375 Stock Options to the Employees of the Company under ESOP Scheme 2010, 2011 & 2012 at current market price to be converted in to one equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each on exercise of one option.
Vesting conditions and Exercise period of the stock options is as decided by the remuneration committee as per the terms and conditions of the respective ESOP Scheme.
Further, the remuneration committee in the same meeting cancelled 4,25,000 stock options under the ESOP scheme 2012 and cancelled stock options are eligible for re-issue to other employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. |
