| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 19, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To take note of the Public Announcement made by the Acquirer, Prolec GE, on December 06, 2008 [to acquire the existing Promoters' and other Public Shareholder' Equity Shares].
2. To consider convening a General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company to obtain their approval for sale of Company's immovable property / assets and approve issue of Notice thereof.
