Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 & shall also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.

Further as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from May 17, 2014 to May 27, 2014 (both days inclusive).
