Further, the Company has issued a notice to Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. (“Sharepro”) for termination of RTA Agreement with them and is in the process of executing necessary agreements in order to ensure smooth transition of documents and records from Sharepro to Karvy. Sharepro will however, continue to act as RTA of the Company till such time the database and electronic connectivity is shifted to Karvy. |
