| Exchange Disseminated Time | Golden Tobacco Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Company Law Board, Mumbai Bench vide its Order dated September 23, 2011, has granted permission to the Company to shift its Registered Office from the State of Maharastra to State of Gujarat and Clause II of the Memorandum of Association read as under.
The Registered office of the Company shall be situated in the State of Gujarat.
The Board of Directors of the Company has passed the resolution by Circulation on October 10, 2011 approved the Place of Situation of the registered office of the Company in the Gujarat at the following address: "Darjipura, Post-Amaliya, Dist. Vadodara, Gujarat-390022 w.e.f. October 11, 2011. |
