| Exchange Disseminated Time | Standard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Special Resolution relating to shift the registered Office of the Company from the city limits of Mumbai to Navi Mumbai in Thane District within the State of Maharashtra under the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, with effect from February 01, 2010 and consequential amendment in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
The Company has appointed M/s. Ratan Kapadia, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before October 31, 2009. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Shri. Pradeep R Mafatlal, Chairman and / or any other Director of the Company after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced on November 11, 2009. |
