Sub: Extension of time to allot shares pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement-reg.
The Demerger and Allotment Committee in their meeting held on 12th October, 2017 have decided to extend the period by 45 days for completing the allotment of shares pursuant to Clause 9.2.4 of Scheme of Arrangement entered between Shiva Texyarn Limited and Shiva Mills Limited (formerly STYL Textile Ventures Limited).
