| Exchange Disseminated Time | Olympic Oil Industries Ltd has informed BSE that that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve the audited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
2. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company will be closed from May 20, 2015 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. |
