| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated July 30, 2015 regarding the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Linc Pen & Plastics Ltd has now informed BSE that the said meeting of Board of Director of the Company is now pre-poned / re-scheduled to August 11, 2015. Hence there will be no meeting of the Board of Directors on August 13, 2015.
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the 'Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and designated employees from August 04, 2015 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on August 11, 2015. |
