"With reference to your Letter No. NSE/CM/Surveillance/6637 dated and email dated February 16, 2017. In this regard, we would like to clarify that other than the extant disclosures made by the Company till date, there are no material developments relating to the Company, or the Company is aware of requiring disclosure to the Public as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
