The Board placed on record its appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Prasad Chandran for 17 years of distinguished service including 13 years as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 30, 2013, appointed Dr. Raman Ramachandran as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 01, 2013, subject to the approval of the Central Government and the shareholders of the Company. |
