| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated January 15, 2016 stating that the Hon’ble Bombay High Court has directed Debt Recovery Appellate tribunal (DRAT) to hear Company’s Appeals on the scheduled date of hearing i.e. January 19, 2016. In this regard Ashima Ltd has informed BSE as under:
Since the Hon’ble Chairperson of the DRAT was on leave on January 19, 2016, the matter stood adjourned to February 02, 2016.
Further the Writ Petition filed by the Company against DRT/DRAT orders is likely to be heard on the scheduled date of hearing at High Court i.e. January 21, 2016. |
