As already intimated, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company
is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and
approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from August 4, 2017 to August 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Un-audited financial results of the Company. The trading window will open from 14th August, 2017.
