CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of the Directors of the Company through circular resolution have approved the appointment of Mr. Willem Elfrink, as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent) on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from February 21, 2017, to hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Further, Mr. Willem Elfrink's appointment as a Non Executive Director and his term of office are subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
