| Exchange Received Time 15/01/2018 16:03:35 Exchange Disseminated Time 15/01/2018 16:03:38 Time Taken 00:00:03 | Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. A K Ravi Nedungadi vide his letter dated 15th January 2018 informed the Company that after serving on the Board for over 17 years, he would like to focus on various other matters that require his immediate attention and will not have sufficient time to do justice to his responsibilities as an Independent Director. He therefore resigned as an Independent Director with immediate effect.
The Board noted the resignation on 15th January 2018 and placed on record its appreciation for the contribution made by Mr. Nedungadi as an Independent Director of the Company.
