| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on October 07, 2005, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2005 and the Balance Sheet on that date along with Auditors Report thereon and the Report of the Board of Directors.
2. Re-appointment of M/s Apaji Amin & Co, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as the Auditor of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of 45th AGM till the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. |
