Parikh & Associates, Company Secretaries to conduct thorough audit of the records and systems of Sharepro with respect to the share transfers, transmissions, deletion, dematerialisation, dividend payouts covering the preceding 10 years (i.e. from 2005 to 2015) in compliance with the direction as per Point No. 11 of the SEBI Ex Parte-Ad-Interim Order dated March 22, 2016.
The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Report submitted (along with Annexures) by M/s. Parikh & Associates on September 12, 2016. |
