Jindal Poly Films Ltd has now informed BSE that a Board meeting of the Company will now be held on January 12, 2015 to discuss and approve a Scheme of Arrangement between the Company (Jindal Poly Films Limited) and Jindal Photo Limited.
Further, Trading Window will be closed from January 05, 2015 to January 13, 2015. |
