Further please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 10th May, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on 18th May, 2017.
