| Exchange Disseminated Time | Welspun Syntex Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors' Report, Auditors' Report, the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit & loss Account for the year ended on that date.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. R R Mandawewala & Mr. M L Mittal as a Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. MGB & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
