| Exchange Disseminated Time | ICRA Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2014, appointed Mr. Arun Duggal and Ms. Ranjana Agarwal as Additional Directors under the category "Independent Director" with effect from November 11, 2014.
The Board of Directors of the Company also accepted the resignations of Prof. Deepak Nayyar and Mr. Piyush Gunwantrai Mankad, both Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company, with effect from September 30, 2014. The Board, while accepting the resignations, recorded its deep appreciation of the valuable advice and guidance provided by Prof. Nayyar and Mr. Mankad throughout their tenure with the Company. |
