| Exchange Disseminated Time | Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have allotted 294118 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 7.03/- per share to Mr. Venkatesh Rajagopal, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on Preferential Basis by a circular resolution.
Further, the Company has informed that, consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 17,84,17,210/- comprising of 1,78,41,721 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 18,13,58,390/- comprising 1,81,35,839 equity shares of Rs 10/- each. |
