| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/05/2016 15:04:22 | GEE Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, the Company inform that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window has been closed since the time of discussion for fixation of the Board meeting i.e. May 13, 2016 and shall remained closed till May 30, 2016 (i.e. till conclusion of 48 hours of the Board meeting). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
