February 11, 2015, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further in compliance of Clause 49 II A (I) w.r.t. appointment of a Woman Director, Mrs. Deepika Shergil has been appointed as Non Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of three years subject to the approval at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
