| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 20, 2014 regarding the acquisition of assets in the U.S through bankruptcy proceedings, by one of the overseas step down subsidiaries, Jindal Tubular USA LLC, Jindal Saw Ltd has now informed BSE that the acquisition by Jindal Tubular USA LLC of substantially all of the assets of PSL-North America LLC has been completed in Delaware, USA on August 29, 2014.
As intimated earlier, this acquisition has been undertaken by virtue of an order passed by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on August 15, 2014. |
