Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 101,12,97,478/- divided into 50,56,48,739 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to Rs. 101,30,57,478/- divided into 50,65,28,739 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each. |
