1. To consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for quarter (Q3) and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 And
2. To consider and approve the restructuring of the businesses of the Company and its subsidiaries along with the draft Scheme of Arrangement and other documents.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 31, 2017 till February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting pursuant to the Company's Code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. |
