This is to inform you that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the shares of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited shall remain closed from Thursday, 25th day of January, 2018 to Thursday, 1th day of February, 2018 (both days inclusive) as the Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 31st day of January, 2018 to consider and approve inter alia Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
