| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jindal South West Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 22, 2011, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended as on that date, together with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Dr. S. K. Gupta as the Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. Shah Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion o the next Annual General Meeting.
4. Keeping of Register of Members etc. under Section 163 of the Companies Act, 1956, at the office of Sharepro Services (India) Pvt. Ltd., (the Share Transfer Agents of the Company) at 13 AB, Sa mhita Warehousing Complex, 2nd floor, Near Sakinaka Telephone Exchange, Andheri - Kurla Road, Sakinaka, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400 072, instead at the Registered Office of the Company. |
