| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/05/2017 20:05:48 | GEE Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2017, inter alia:
1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and
2. Recommending dividend for the financial year 2016-17, if any.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window is remain close between May 19, 2017 to May 30, 2017 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on May 31, 2017. Acordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company has been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
