Further, pursuant to Circular dated July 5, 2016 the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18 is required to be Ind-AS compliant. Since this is the first year for which the Company is required to be Ind-As Compliant, the Company opts to avail the relaxations provided vide Circular dated July 5, 2016 and shall submit the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 on or before September 14, 2017. |
