| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jai Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the year/quarter ended March 31, 2014 and to consider recommending dividend on preference and equity shares for the financial year 2013-14.
Further, as per Regulation 3.2.1 of the Model Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading for Listed Companies in Schedule I to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window of the shares of the Company shall remain closed from the date of this Notice till the expiry of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results. |
