Sara Elgi Arteriors Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has on March 29, 2011 acquired 58.32% of the equity share capital of M/s. Elgi Building Products Ltd, a leading manufacturer of PVC extrusions used in the manufacture of UPVC doors and windows, resulting in the said Company becoming a subsidiary of M/s. Sara Elgi Arteriors Ltd and thereby, of M/s. Super Spinning Mills Ltd, which also directly holds the balance of 41.68% of the equity share capital of M/s. Elgi Building Products Ltd. |
