In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the Designated Persons of the Company in accordance of the Company’s "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" from November 27, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours after the un-audited Standalone & Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter/Half Year ended September 30, 2016 are approved by the Board and made public. |
