1. That on the application made by the Company, the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh has allowed the withdrawal of the merger petition of Dashmesh Medicare Pvt. Ltd. and Essix Biosciences Ltd. with the Company.
2. The IFCI has withdrawn its nominee, Mr. S. P. Sharma from the Board of Directors of the Company vide its letter dated September 18, 2012.
3. The Registrar of companies, Punjab & Chandigarh has granted the extension of 3 months for holding Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
