| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mid-day Multimedia Ltd has informed BSE that Court Convened meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company was held on August 11, 2010.
The Poll was conducted at the meeting and the Chairman informed the members that the result of the poll will be announced on August 12, 2010.
Further the Company has informed that the Resolution for approving the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement between Mid-Day Multimedia Limited, Jagran Prakashan Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, under Section 391 to 394 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, was approved by the Members of the Company with requisite majority.
