Mehrotra Rakesh Kumar & Co., Chartered Accountants, for a term of five consecutive years to hold office from the conclusion of the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company till the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (subject to ratification of their appointment by the Members at every Annual General Meeting to be held in the intervening period).
