Also, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with code of conduct of the Company, the trading window shall be closed from Friday, 09th February, 2018 and would remain closed until 48 hrs after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017.
