Further, Company had adopted revised Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading with effect from May 14, 2015, in accordance with the amended Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 27, 2015 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. |
