1. To consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
2. To fix the date, time and place of the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 and approve the draft notice of AGM, thereof.
Moreover, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for Directors/Designated Employees/ Connected Persons of the Company from August 05, 2016 to August 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
