| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mawana Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 04, 2015 approved the following:
1. Appointed Mr. Ashok Kumar Shukla, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 04, 2015 in place of Mr. Ritesh Jain in terms of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.
2. Designated Mr. Ashok Kumar Shukla as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel), Rules, 2014 w.e.f. July 04, 2015. |
