| Exchange Disseminated Time | Quadrant Televentures Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 that the trading window shall remain closed from February 07, 2014 to February 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013 by the Board of Directors at their meeting scheduled to be held on February 14, 2014. The specified persons are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares during the aforesaid period.
Thus Director, Statutory Auditors and all the Designated Employees cannot trade purchase / sell in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period. |
